UPSforce.com gives warranty as per the warranty issued from the manufacturer, since we do not sell any refurbished or used items and all the items we have on our website are brand new, their warranty periods are mentioned on each product page. If you have any confusion or concern regarding warranty of an item you can always contact our Sales Representatives in order to accomodate you with your questions.
UPSforce.com Return Policy?
- There is no refund applicable. In case the item delivered is faulty/ damaged it has to be reported within 12 hours.
- Faulty items will be replaced with a new item of the same model (SKU).
- The item will be inspected first by our technical team. Item will only be replaced if it is in unused/ new condition as it was received by the customer.
- If the box is opened and the packing material is torn/ missing. it will not be replaced. Shipping charges/amount will not be refunded.
