Warranty & Return
UPSForce.com is a purchasing agency, not a manufacturer* and gives warranty as per the warranty issued from the manufacturer, since we do not sell any refurbished or used items and all the items we have on our website are brand new. The warranty periods of the products are mentioned on each product page. If you have any confusion or concern regarding warranty of an item you can always contact our Sales Representatives in order to accommodate you with your questions.
UPSForce.com Return/ Refund Policy::
- There is no refund applicable. In case the item delivered is faulty/ damaged it has to be reported within 12 hours.
- Faulty items will be replaced with a new item of the same model (SKU).
- The item will be inspected first by our technical team. Item will only be replaced if it is in unused/ new condition as it was received by the customer.
- If the box is opened and the packing material is torn/ missing. it will not be replaced. Shipping charges/amount will not be refunded.
- All refunds will be processed within 120 days from time of refund confirmation sent to customer via info(@)dubaimachines.com only.
- Ownership of the goods remain with the organization until complete payment is received from customer". If customer fails to make complete payment within 15 days of item availability, the company has right to resell the items and in that case after deducting 15% of the customer amount towards stocking charges, a credit note will be issued with validity of 12 months from date of issuance.
- Refunds will be processed via cheque/bank transfer/paytabs (in case customer paid via credit card).
Above policy of refund applies if item is not in stock after confirmation of order by customer. All quotes are subjected to "items in stock subject to prior sale"
